About the Program
Motherhood is a journey, and we know it’s not always easy. That’s why we created Muscles & Mamas, a class that combines pelvic floor physical therapy, functional strength, mobility work, and education in one supportive environment.
Each class is led by a Pelvic Floor PT and a Certified Pregnancy & Postpartum Trainer, giving you expert guidance every step of the way.

Our 6 Week Sessions Include
12 small group classes (60 minutes each) with local moms to sweat, socialize and get pelvic floor techniques from certified perinatal experts
Pelvic Floor PT Workshop — includes a complimentary diastasis screening and breathing technique session
3 guided at-home workouts to keep you moving between sessions
