About the Program

Motherhood is a journey, and we know it’s not always easy. That’s why we created Muscles & Mamas, a class that combines pelvic floor physical therapy, functional strength, mobility work, and education in one supportive environment.

Each class is led by a Pelvic Floor PT and a Certified Pregnancy & Postpartum Trainer, giving you expert guidance every step of the way.

Our 6 Week Sessions Include

Next Session: October 21-December 2 11:30am

  • 12 small group classes (60 minutes each)

  • 1 Pelvic Floor PT Workshop — includes a complimentary diastasis screening and breathing technique session

  • 3 guided at-home workouts

  • 2 Perinatal Yoga classes

  • 1 Maternal Mental Health Workshop

  • Sleep Guide for newborns & infants by certified sleep consultant

  • Access to educational blogs on pelvic health & postpartum recovery

  • Celebratory lunch after the final class, including a Q&A with Pelvic Health PT, Kellie

This class is designed for any mom to start at 4 weeks or later post vaginal or cesarean section birth, with provider approval.
