It’s our #1 question and the answer is YES!!!
Babies are always welcome to our pelvic floor workshop and classes! Check out our Instagram page to see how moms use carriers, mats, and portable devices to have their baby near them while they get their sweat on!
What if I’m newly postpartum or had a C-section?

We help with:
Core strength and retraining
Pelvic floor tension or weakness
Urinary leaking
Musculoskeletal pain
C-section healing healing and fitness
Are you part of KFIT?
KFIT is our sister company and collaborator. We operate inside KFIT, but are independent with our own programming, instructors, and mission.
I already go to pelvic floor PT, should I still take your classes?
Absolutely! As a pelvic floor PT I know most treatments are in a room or have limited strength training. Our classes are geared toward incorporating the strategies you learn in pelvic health and challenge them in the real world environment while getting your heart rate up.
Why is your training 2× per week for 6 weeks?
After multiple years of having classes, and feedback from over 300 moms, we have learned that combining research (2 x a week is best to build strength) and mom schedules is the best recipe for success without being overwhelming
Do I need experience to join? What if I'm out of shape?
No experience needed.
Our classes are designed for beginners, seasoned athletes, and anyone in between. We meet you exactly where your body is today and progress you at the right pace.
I haven’t exercised in pregnancy, it is OK to start your pregnancy series class?
Absolutely. Research supports starting exercise in any stage of pregnancy, even if you haven’t done it.
Our class is run by our pelvic floor PT who is an expert in pregnancy physiology, pelvic floor mechanics, and safe movement strategies. Every session includes modifications for nausea, fatigue, SPD, back pain, core considerations, and trimester shifts.
What makes FitPartum different from traditional pelvic floor PT or a regular fitness class?
At FitPartum, we combine pelvic floor physical therapy education with fitness-forward, strength-based training.
Most PT clinics treat symptoms after pain or dysfunction shows up. Most fitness programs don’t understand the unique demands of pregnancy and postpartum—-
We bridge the gap
Our classes and programs are led by experts in pelvic health who design every workout to improve strength, mobility, and core function while actively preventing injury because life doesn’t happen on a treatment table.
